"We had difficulties because there was not the three bedrooms that were promised on the listing. The apartment was extremely small for 5 people and we have never seen anything like this. This apartment should not be a 3 bedroom apartment on the listing because there was only one."

It had what we needed with a fairly "no frills" approach, but for the price we paid, central location, and as it we were only 3x guys with no need for anything fancy, it did the job well. - Positive; We had a parking space for our car (paid extra) AND a dedicated garage to store our bikes in which was extremely handy. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. "Extremely friendly and helpful lady on the reception desk called Monia greeted me with a lovely smile on arrival and was very helpful also the next morning at breakfast. She was what made me give all the five stars!! The room was absolutely fine except the pillows which were not comfortable and could be better quality….."

All in All a Satisfactory Experience

"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. Anyway, we checked in with a very kind and warm receptionist. The accommodation was adequate and good value for money; the location and day time views of Lac Leman were magical. Only the bed was a little uncomfortable due to the age of the mattress. The security deposit of 416 Australian Dllars seemed a little high for just 2 nights, and it took a week to be refunded. "

"Ideal & very convenient location. Reception very efficient & friendly. Rooms are spacious & clean. Unusual to get a kettle with tea & coffee in a French hotel. Nice that they've upgraded plug sockets with USB points. Plenty of parking space. Would definitely use as a stopover again. "
