The staff were excellent and very polite, English and French spoken. The hotel itself is kept very clean and has amicably sized rooms if you are just looking for a place to rest after exploring Geneva. We got a number 6 bus, then a 17 tram all the way into the centre of Geneva - takes around 40 minutes total, ideal.

Lower end but clean, nice staff.
It’s lower end. Very small rooms, everything was clean and the staff is great, the breakfast was decent. Overall tho it was definitely not a place I’d want to stay again. I’m used to more amenities, larger rooms, fresher smells.

Only for car users on a very tight budget
Cheap price bit the room had a distinct cigarette smell, the beds and pillows were hard, both the room and the bathroom were small, and we ran out of soap in the bathroom. At least the AC was good and we were never disturbed by any noise. They had an okay breakfast with nice outdoor seating. Overall good service. It took 22 minutes to walk to the closest public transport so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not travelling by car.

The Hotel is located far from regular public transportation. Taxi service is horrible, I had requested for a taxi a couple of times and they were either busy or not willing to come to the hotel. I had to walk 3 km to the tram station in Annemasse. If you are looking for a cheap place, then that is the right place, other than that, there is nothing good about the hotel.

The stay was okay but a bit dissapointing: Good: I arrived very late to the hotel even outside their designated hours and they took my details and gave me the key to my room, the beds were clean Bad: 1) I had to pay extra 0.77 euros tax (i dont care about the amount, as it is very small, but i had already paid it when i booked and they didnt care when i told them) 2) I booked a room with double bed and I got a room with two singles 3) there was no soap in the room, the dispenser was empty 4) the floor was sticky 5) the bathroom smelled weird like mold 6) there were black spots and smudges in the bathroom and the room (maybe mold)

Not spacious or luxurious, but okay for an economical stopover. The space was very small – we were three crammed into a small room with 3 single beds, one on an upper bunk. There was not quite enough room for all to open their packs at the same time. The place was clean, notwithstanding the smell of cleaning materials as we entered the room, which cleared quickly with opening the window. Check in and out was easy, with friendly staff. We appreciated the breakfast – a simple fare with coffee, breads, yoghurt, meat, fruit salad at a reasonable 7E50. With a car, access was simple, and the neighbourhood was delightful to drive through en route to Geneva, 6 km away, with a supermarket close by. We decided to return for another night en route back through the area.

Stay away if you prefer fresh air! A very bad smell everywhere! Very very bad experience, we were tired and we stayed but it was the worst room ever! So little that you cannot pass through the room if your bag is there. The bathroom is horrible, no ventilation l, the door was not closing. Clean? Not here...

This is the cheapest hotel around Geneva, for sure. The picture of the room doesn't really show how tiny it is. The bathroom reminded me the bathroom in the airplane, it's a solid plastic room in the corner of the bedroom, never seen anything like this before. There is no live person in the check-in, it is done through a terminal. First time I tried to check-in it failed to charge me .90 euro for the city tax and refused to check me in. It was a very stressing experience, considering that the hotel is pretty far from the city to find anything else around... Worked on the second try though. People are checking into the room all night long, and it is very loud. I had a very hard time to fall asleep because the walls and the door in the room are really thin, I heard people talking in the hallway even though they really tried to be quiet. There is no air conditioner in the room, which makes it even worse if you try to open the window. Next time I will definitely try to find some other hotel...
