"I was VERY IRRITATED to find that my bill (booked on hotels.com did NOT CORRESPOND with what I had to pay. I was charged for parking (new since last year) and taxe de séjour. I also want to be refunded by hotels.com for the 2 breakfasts I did not have but which had been already (I found) paid for. I am NOT HAPPY with hotels.com and next time I will go directly to the hotel."
