"Great experience for my first time visiting Paris! From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming friendly and multilingual ! Charlotte helped me with my check in process and she was lovely. Accessing things you might need to your room is fast and convenient via message. You’re able to leave your luggage before and after check-in. Room was for 3 people and it was decent size. Buffet breakfast was very good. Two train stops less than 5 minute walk away. "Right beside the metro line which connects into downtown Paris. Beside a grocery store and multiple restaurants. Rooms were clean and no complaints about the building. Did not try the breakfast but it looked good. If youre hestitating because sometimes it takes multiple transfers on the paris subway line, the way they're designed its basically impossible to not do so even when youre in the heart of downtown. "

"[Not the hotel's fault. but the sidewalk to get there from Gare Montparnasse was totally torn up, making luggage hauling very difficult] We had a couple of small glitches that didn't ruin the stay. The hotel is convenient, comfortable, and has a wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff were all polite and helpful. My only negative is that I can't believe such a modern building does not have USB ports in the rooms at the work stations."
