Bathroom and shower were small but you get what you pay for. Front desk isn’t staffed 24/7. Check in time is at exactly 2pm, not earlier. "Amazing stay. The room we were given was very nice and we had our own private rooftop balcony area that is bigger than the regular balconies shown in pictures. Spa access provided which was nice and the location is good with a good view. Only issue is that shower is very low down and we struggled. I am 5’5 and had to lean over a bit. "This is a lovely hotel - friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Unusually, and one of the reasons I chose it, was the bunk beds for the children which, according to my 17 year old son, were much more comfortable than the usual trolley or sofa bed he gets when we stay anywhere as a family."
