"The location of this home is perfect. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to go to the grocery store and into Montepulciano. Frank and Silva, the owners were a delight. They didn't speak much english, but we laughed every morning with them. Frank makes his own wine from the on property vineyard and Silva makes handbags and jams. Frank wine is as good as any other in Italy. And so much less money!!! Their home and grounds are beautiful. We were three couples and had plenty...

"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"Plenty of bedrooms for our group and the house and property was perfect for the 3 young kids to be outside. The weather was a little cool but sunny. The property team was helpful with organizing wine tastings & olive oil tasting. Pizza and pasta making was right on the premise The day trip to Montepulciano included a lunch, wine tasting and transportation that was all planned for us. The kids got to see Santa in the Christmas Village which was their highlight of the day. I would recommend...

"This property is perfect for a family reunion or girls trip. It’s secluded, but has everything you need. The outside pizza oven with space to eat outside. Amazing. There is a city close by to get everything you need before you get there. It is quiet and the views are amazing across the olive trees. The host was very nice and look forward to being back with friends! "

Bellissimo il contorno con calcio balilla, tavolo da ping pong, campetto di calcetto e la piscina, oltre agli ampi spazi comuni interni. "Logement bien équipé et très bien situé dans l’environnement exceptionnel de la campagne du Val d’Orcia. Le panorama autour de la maison est fantastique et très calme. La maison est séparée en deux logements indépendants. Les propriétaires sont au rez de chaussée. Ils sont très gentils et accueillants mais aussi très discrets.. L’accès au logement est un peu compliqué avec un véhicule de type citadine car c’est une piste caillouteuse avec une montée un peu raide. La piscine est très grande mais...
