"The hotel is nice and being under improvement which always comes with some minor issues (fresh paint smell and dust) we asked for a better dusting but didn't get it. Amenities are noce modern and functional, breakfast is good with round the clock service. Great bang for your buck. "

"Several nights in this small chateau on the edge of town were filled with meals in the lawn or greenhouse, lovely walks through the private forest to the lovely town of Morlaix, and evenings in the well equipped rooms of the west end of the home."

"Staff were friendly and that's about the only good thing I can say, the carpets in the common areas are filthy, there was no hot water for a shower and we were woken up at 1am by loads of drunk guests shouting. I got about 3 hours sleep. Wouldn't recommend."

"This hotel was a good value for the price and location. The service was great and we received a great recommendation for dinner right down the street. The only negative feedback I have is that the bathrooms are outdated - our toilet ran frequently and the faucet dripped. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. "

"Close to the N165 at Quimper, so easy to find and reach from the motorway - very convenient. A bit out of town but only a 5 minute drive to reach the centre. Room was comfortable although perhaps a little basic. Our main regret was there was no kettle, as we were gasping for a cuppa after a long journey! However, it was clean and tidy so no real complaints. Bed very comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English so communication was easy. "

"The listing did not make it clear that the property is a residence and the owner is living there, we thought we were renting a tiny cottage but in fact it was just a room and use of shared facilities. However it was pleasant and the owner was very friendly and overall a good stay."

Lovely Gites, welcoming hosts

"We had a lovely 11 day stay and John and Isabelle were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They told us of places to visit and places to eat and many interesting facts about the local area and Brittany. They also showed us the local Bastille Day celebrations where we watched traditional Bretagne dancing and music and we even got to join in! The gites were well equipped, clean and the garden was lovely to sit and enjoy a drink of wine. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool."
