"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

The bathroom door is made of glass with no privacy which is a little weird, a small curtain would be an easy adition.Bread and viennoiserie for breakfast seemed day old, but having a kitchen with a microwave and toaster helped. The owners had shared they wouldn't be available in the morning for personal reasons it was nice to be able to make more coffee ourselves."

"Lovely stay in this quiet, clean, well maintained property which is well placed for transport links whilst having a very rural feel. Run by a lovely family who go out of their way to make you feel welcome."

"The host were very helpful and beyond kind, just amazing genuine people! Property is convenient for visiting Chantilly and Senlis as it is located in a quiet village right in the middle. Breakfast is simple, good for short stay but pretty much the same every morning so could get boring. Everything was clean and seemed fairly new. The only thing I didn’t like was the black mold in the shower…but the hosts seem to be the type of people who will take care of that after seeing this, so probably will...

"The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. "I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens."
