The owner personally welcomed and took us to our suite which was spacious and luxurious.  The attention to detail of what it offered was extraordinary and the room was extremely quiet.  For breakfast, we had croissants and coffee-- the very best croissants in all of France and the coffee was superb! "The position is amazing with unimpeded views towards the mount. The walk to the island from there is flat and easy if you enjoy walking or you can take the free shuttle bus which stops right outside. The current renovations did lend to a less-than-ideal level of cleanliness and noise, and the buildings are definitely in need of them.
