"My friends and I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! We arrived to the hotel early before check-in time, and instead of letting us store our luggage in a secure location, the receptionist simply told us to put our luggage under the staircase. When we finally were able to check in, the receptionist failed to inform us that there was a gate code to let us into the hotel at night. Fortunately, the bartender informed us that we needed a gate code, or else...

"I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either."

"All was good ,although if I want to be picky Room are on the small side Staff was friendly and helpful but probably understaff we have been refused dinner on Sunday evening because they were fully booked. "The Appart’city apartment made for a very practical, no-frills self-catering stay in Perpignan. Its location is very convenient for the railway station and the bus to/from the airport (with €1 tickets) but not so much for the historic centre (maybe consider using the bus again). The staff were very helpful (available 24 hours) and although the hotel is incredibly stark in decor, everything was well-maintained and clean. "
