"Ce petit appartement a été très bien rénové avec un très bon agencement et beaucoup de goût (félicitations). Il est très bien situé à 20 mètres de la grande plage de Royan, on peut voir la mer et le port en angle, et surtout entendre les vagues la nuit en laissant la fenêtre ouverte ! Nous avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire (même un petit lave linge très pratique). Enfin, il est a quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville. En résumé, parfait !"

"Excellente situation pour ce superbe appartement vue sur mer, très propre et spacieux.Néanmoins peu chaleureux car manque de déco sur les murs blancs (quelques gravures seraient les bienvenues).Quant aux deux fauteuils du salon, mieux vaut éviter de les utiliser...Ils ont beaucoup trop vécus et vous vous enfoncerez jusqu'au sol...Autres petits bémols : aucun placard pour les vêtements,ni patères. Un porte manteau sur roulettes, mais pas de cintres... c'est dommage et surtout peu pratique."

"Malgré le temps mitigé, nous avons fait de grandes balades à pied et c'est ce qui nous intéressait le plus. Au niveau restaurant, il y a du bon et du moins bon. L'endroit que nous avons préféré c'est la guinguette de Sophie où l'accueil est excellent et surtout les plats faits maison avec des produits de qualité, vous voyez même la patronne cuisinée. C'était excellent, nous avons trouvé par hasard et c'est 5 étoiles."

"Petite maison bien équipée avec jardinet. A l'écart pour la tranquillité. On ne voit pas l'océan mais on l'entend car il est très proche et on le rejoint très rapidement à pied. La piste cyclable est à 2 pas et on atteint facilement le centre ville qui se trouve à quelques minutes"

Nice new building.

"Very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Ideal for overnight stay, staff very polite and helpful. New building 2023 modern decor excellent bathroom with large shower head. Window in bedroom was large but no way to keep it open just a little for fresh air. Would stay again and recommend it to others."

"This hotel is the definition of “you get what you pay for” - reasonably priced in a great location, with an excellent breakfast and very good staff, so what’s missing? Firstly, the hotel has no parking and the streets all around are full of cars looking for a parking space…we spent 40 minutes looking and ended up 15 minutes walk from hotel. Next, WiFi - despite hotel saying it’s available the service doesn’t connect reliably and drops out constantly. Third, the rooms are small - although the bathroom is adequate and there’s a tiny balcony. Fourth, there’s no A/C. So that’s are the downside…the upside is location - the beach is directly across the road in front of the hotel and is a fine sandy beach that shelves gently into the water and is safe for kids. The boat harbour and ferries are a five minute walk with lots of bars and restaurants and the fabulous town market is a ten minute walk and a must-see. There’s also a spectacular walking path that follows the cliff tops north all the way round to the Casino - about three kms so if you lose all your money you can walk back to the hotel. Highly recommended. "
