Very nice little apartment in a great location

Appartement confortable, sans vis à vis, grand balcon et la mer qui s'y invite presque, bref c'était repos et silence, une proposition au rêve éveillé. Je recommande.

Très belle vue et proche de la plage
Appartement très confortable à 100m de la plage.Très beau point de vue sur la baie. Clim très appréciée aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée. Zone festive donc la nuit est un peu bruyante, mais baie vitrée fermée, aucun problème. Proche petits commerces. Système de conciergerie très pro. Bon rapport qualité /prix

Un grand appartement bien agencé et climatisé, à l'équipement complet et moderne, avec un lit confortable, au calme, bien situé au pied d'une plage familiale, avec une vue splendide. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Très bon séjour
Appartement bien situé. Parking privé (malgré les déjections d'oiseaux sur la voiture , tous les jours , en quantité). Environnement calme , quelques commerces de base à proximité. Séjour hors saison , très calme , c'est ce que nous recherchions . Équipement complet de l'appartement, frigo un peu au bout de sa vie , mais tout était très bien. Nous conseillons sur cette période, sûrement beaucoup plus bruyant en pleine saison.

bon plan pour un week-end
Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi à 16 heures comme prévu. nous étions attendus devant la résidence. Bon accueil. Vue exceptionnelle sur la baie du Grau du Roi, en fond la Grande Motte, Carnon, Palavas. Loin du centre ville du Grau du Roi (50 mn à pieds) donc loin du monde. Bon restaurant à Port Camargue, le bistrot du port. Départ lundi matin 10 heures comme prévu.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans ce logement avec notre chien. Résidence très calme, sécurisée, propriétaire à l'écoute, procédures d'arrivée et de départ très claires (Ludo conciergerie au top) Appartement propre et fonctionnel, la climatisation a été fortement appréciée ! Et impossible de se lasser de la superbe vue mer depuis le balcon...

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement avec 4 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans. L’endroit est top pour les petits, accès à la mer directement à pied, proche de petits commerces. Grande terrasse très pratique ! N’hésitez pas !

Logement très bien placé et très bonne communication pour l'arrivée et le départ. En revanche, la propreté est à revoir ainsi que l'équipement de l'appartement (pas de savon pour se laver les mains, pas de petites serviettes, pas de de tapis de bain - il serait bien de le préciser avant l'arrivée afin que l'on puisse prévoir le nécessaire de notre côté).

Nous avons passé un week-end prolongé super agréable. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Tres bien situé, au calme. Une vue sur la mer à tomber avec une belle terrasse idéale pour prendre les repas. Logement très fonctionnel et très propre. Une belle salle de bain rénovée. Rien à redire. Kosten für Wäschepaket und Grundreinigung war bei FeWo nicht ersichtlich. Fernbedienung für Toröffner defekt und wurde trotz mehrfacher Hinweise nicht in Ordnung gebracht. Für 2 Erwachsene plus Kind ideal, ab 4 Erwachsene viel zu eng. Angenehm ruhig, strandnah, abgeschlossener Parkplatz nahe Eingang.
