"We spent five days in Paris in Vincent and Severine's apartment. The place is very modern and custom furnished. I'd say a little bit small if you travel with two teenagers and with big suitcases but it has everything you need. "Lovely apartment right off the 8 line. Quickly able to get to and from the city. Market, bakery, and cafe close by. Would have loved to stay longer! This is a three bedroom (2 rooms with beds and one with a pullout sofa) 2 shower rooms and a toilet room. (Not the standard American 2bath but sufficient for our table group) There is a washer/dryer combo unit in one of the shower rooms, but it takes quite some time to wash/dry a load. (And slight training from the host.) it was a nice amenity...
