Most of the staff were excellent and helpful although one of the receptionist was constantly acting as though us being there was an inconvenience. "We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."

"No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

"While proximity to the train station and Geneva is desirable, I would not recommend staying at this accommodation. The listing deceitful and way to expensive for what it is. Walls are paper thin, no security or people at the check in counter, bed is horribly uncomfortable. We had to beg for soap and toilet paper. Not a suitable accommodation "

"Great location near the bus stop & bottom of Perriers lift. The kitchen/living room was a great space to relax in the evenings. Good wifi, tv with lots of DVDs and games & everything you need in the kitchen. "This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!"
