"We loved the Sentho so much, we came back a day earlier than planned to stay an extra night before flying home from Rome! Better yet, their staff helped orchestrate our surprise engagement on our final night. This hotel is in the perfect location in Monti - walking distance from Termini and all of the main tourist attractions, but still quiet and neighborhood-y to get an authentic Rome feel. Can’t wait to return to a place we now hold close to our hearts!"

"The hostel is okay, if you just want to sleep it is a great option. Kitchen facilities are pretty awful, literally two forks, zero glasses, and nothing to be able to cook. For me the worst issue is by far there are only bathrooms in the rooms. So if you are drinking in the common areas and need to use the restroom, you can only go to your room, and if someone is showering, you might not be able to pee for 30 minutes. Which honestly is pretty awful for a hostel not to have a backup for. Staff...

"Staff were amazing, the best i’ve ever encountered. The rooms however, not as impressive. The bathroom was the major issue. So right and cramped and NOTHING like the images they have online. But again, the staff were so lovely and kind it. Made up for everything else."

"Estuvimos en una habitación privada con baño privado, donde nos robaron un sobre de salami y unas barritas de cereales. La mayoría de los días no había agua caliente en la ducha, solamente en el lavabo. Tampoco pudimos reclamar porque casi nunca hay nadie en recepción."

"This hostel would have had a much better rating from me, if they'd allowed us to check in. I'd notified the Hostel that we would be checking in late, at around 2 am, in advance. I heard nothing back and again stated the late check in on the app. The Hostel has "247" in it's name! They would not let us in. We were 2 older men traveling together and were now stuck in a dangerous area at 2 am. We ended up buying bus passes and riding the transit system until 7 am, then went back at 8 am and waited...

"I truly appreciate this place. It's peaceful, less crowded with tourists, and offers a more local vibe, conveniently located near the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. My only issue is that the upper floor generates a really annoying noise, like someone dragging a chair; it keeps us from sleeping for a while. Soundproofing is definitely needed here. Other than that, it was fantastic. We booked the large one-bedroom for a family of four. I would stay here again."

"Our stay was fantastic! We arrived early and they prepared our room quickly, a couple hours before check in. They also stored our suitcases and had them in our room when we returned. Every employee was exceptionally nice, professional and went out of their way to help us. The room was beautiful and clean. I’m looking forward to returning."

Great hotel, perfectly situated

"We were looking for a place in the Trastevere area of Rome but weren't sure exactly where. We had great luck in choosing UNAHOTELS. The staff at the front desk were professional and friendly (special thanks to Melania, who was very patient with us!). They were very helpful in providing advice on the area, how to get around, etc. The accommodations were very comfortable, including a large bathroom with two sinks, and a great shower. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. I would recommend that patrons elect breakfast, as the buffet was bountiful and fresh, and the service exceptional. A special thanks to Bea, one of the wonderful breakfast staff who was friendly and helpful. "
