"The property was easy to locate even when arriving in the dark. The gite was very comfortable and equipped with all the mod cons you need to have an enjoyable stay. "This was a lovely old house from another era, an adorable private garden and situated at the quiet end of a lovely village. Could use some renovation and a more modern kitchen, if you were going to stay longer than a few days, but was fine for our short stay. Mr. Tixier was available just around the corner and by phone at a moment's notice which we really appreciated. He was responsive and nice--the things you need when travelling, as we were, in another country :) "

"We chose this property for its location to visit all the places we had on our list in the Perigord. It was close to Sarlat without the issues of parking and congestion - just perfect for us. The property was well appointed and the host very helpful both in getting us started and reviewing our proposed itinerary. A wonderful experience that we would recommend to anyone wishing to visit the area. "

"Maison et jardin très agréable; très propre à notre arrivée, et correspondant à l'annonce. Cependant, grosse surprise à notre accueil de nous demander 130 euros pour la prestation ménage de fin de séjour, qui n'était pas prévue à la réservation, et qu'il a fallu régler immédiatement. Selon les conseils d'Abritel, cette clause aurait dû être prévue dès la location et nous n'aurions pas dû la payer, le séjour étant réglé dans l'intégralité. Grosse contrariété pour commencer les vacances, dommage....

"Excellent communication beforehand. Arranged meal on first night which was excellent. Owners very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The house was so clean, the two bathrooms were a godsend so no hanging about waiting for them to become vacant. Lovely sitting area outside even though it was a bit chilly in the evenings. Local area is full of lovely places to visit."

"Stayed for 2 nights as part of a road trip around France. Nice clean site, helpful staff, out of season so very quiet. Like 3 of the other hotels we stayed in during this trip, the swimming pool was not open when we tried to use it despite it being advertised, but otherwise all good"

"Great location, lovely pool! The rooms are spacious. It would. We didn't know until we left that there were some breakfast products available in the building next to the pool. Also, there wasn't any info on the gym. A bit more comprehensive info in English (probably other languages too) would really help. Also, check in time of 5pm is really late, and check out of 10 is too early. I appreciate they need to clean a whole apartment, but its difficult to work with those times."
