"We really liked the sites as it was convenient to get to La Rochelle and Rochefort. Fouras is a great town with lots going on; nice selection of restaurants. The pool was nice but people were not following the rules of no vaping aloud (maybe more/clearer signs or staff mentioning it to visitors would help). The bathroom was a bit smelly at the start but with ventilation that improved (there were no shelves in the shower area so that was not practical). We had plenty of towels and it was great...

"Beautiful house on a corner terrace, photos were accurate the property was very well equipped. The availability of the garage was useful for our bikes and roof box. The local town had a daily market selling amazing produce, the local bakery was also amazing along with an ice cream parlour which made fabulous waffles. The nearby sandy beach was within walking distance and had a nice bar. It was easy to hire a bike and use the many bike paths to visit other towns on the island. We would definitely...

"In a quiet area within easy walking of city centre, beaches, local shops. Could have been better if there was a bit more information about getting around eg buses, ferries, bikes etc. Staff always polite. "

"Une très belle résidence neuve très propre. Parking gratuit tout autour. Petit bémol le peu de vaisselle mis à disposition. Manque de clarté sur les prix des suppléments dont 7 euros pour le chien par nuit. Pas de facture remise pourtant c'est obligatoire mais je ne travaille pas à la DGRFF... Accueil très agréable. Nous reviendrons. "
