"We had a terrific stay at Patrice and Armelle's Gite. The hosts have large hearts and gave us a whole basket full of excellent local nuts. We were welcomed very warmly and kindly although we arrived late and Armelle helped us with all that we needed, including the rental and application of bedsheets. It is a very quiet location, with just a neighbouring couple in an attached property but we never really heard or saw much of them. Down a lane and in the middle of some lovely trees, you can walk to the local baker if you go down the lane and into the little ravine and back out the other side.
