"This property is situated in a stunning area, slightly off the tourist track yet close to the Dordogne, Sarlat and the local large town Gourdon. The pool was a great size and our dog loved the adjoining meadow. The house was of a tradional style and had everything you could need with a well appointed kitchen and new appliances. Throughout Ana and Phillipe were attentive hosts and very helpful in providing information on how best to enjoy the area. We are already planning our return journey."

The house is in a great location, with the river on the doorstep providing hours of fun, walking distance to boulangerie, supermarket, markets, pharmacy etc etc - a perfect combination of accessible to things, but also peaceful and beautiful location. Marie-Odile was a great host and very responsive once we arrived, although sometimes slow to answer queries before we came. Inside...

Cassac-Aillac is well placed with many of the iconic beauty-spots within easy driving distance. An extra bonus were the wonderful range of birds we had in the garden.
