"Great hotel for the price"

"The hotel was an ok experience. Some things didn’t go very well…The elevator was broken, the room was mostly clean but shabby. Lots of scuff marks on the walls, bed posts, doors etc. While we did enjoy the large tub…there were only 2 large towels in the room.. it would’ve been nice to have more then that for 2 adults. "There is no elevator and it was not mentioned. It was also not mentioned that if you need wheelchair/handicap room you have to request when you book. The room we were to have was not available so they gave us an upgrade free of charge on the first floor. Staff was not trained so we got charged the difference for the upgraded room. Luckily, I make sure there are blocks to extra charges but it tried to charge every night. At first the manager was very defensive when we brought up the issue but she...

"This was the perfect house and best location for visiting our family that lives close by! Everything was supplied for our visit. I appreciated the extra bottles of water and chocolate treats by the bed. The check in was easy and accurate. The clean up was simple and appreciated. I will definitely rebook here when we visit again!"
