"Blinkbonnie cottage has been the perfect little base of operations for our day trips into various parts of Scotland. The location is peaceful and out of the way but central enough to get to pretty much anywhere in the highlands in an hour or two by car. "The property was comfortable and clean. It suited our needs, as we were out most of the day. If I have one complaint it would be that in my opinion the shower head and connecting hose needs to be replaced as they were quite grubby and didn’t fit in with the cleanliness of the rest of the property. But overall it was a pleasant stay. "

"Cottage is amazing and Annie was so accommodating! The arrival to an overwhelming basket was such a pleasant surprise! The cottage is very rural so plan accordingly. We enjoyed some relaxing home cooked meals and a great visit to the butcher for supplies. Definitely a place to go"

"Accommodation was the perfect balance of cosy and modern. It was immaculately presented and very well equipped. We received a warm welcome on our arrival, including a gift of homemade shortbread and some locally made whisky. Tilly, the dog, dropped in to hello too and visited us daily and was absolutely no trouble at all. The accommodation is in an ideal location which made days away very easy and accessible. I would definitely wish to stay again and would highly recommend this holiday home."

Detached period cottage with lots of quirky features inside

"Pretty detatched cottage with all the comforts of home. Jeannete's fresh farm eggs on the table for us on our arrival. The cottage is set in quiet countryside, yet convenient for exploring the area. A week wasn't really long enough to do everything we wanted! Nice outdoor eating area in our secluded garden. Great for those sunny days when we were able to eat outdoors. Comfortable beds, good shower, nice kitchen and comfy lounge. Altogether, everything we needed for a lovely week. Would love to...
