" My family loved our apartment in St. Blasien. It is a short walk down to the Lidl grocery store or the many bakeries and coffee shops on the main street. "Charmingly appointed studio uphill from town of Lenzkirch in Southern Black Forest. Private balcony with nice views was perfect for breakfast and sitting in the evening. The only slightly minor initial inconvenience was having to get the key at a different location. Owners Christine & Gunther were very easy to communicate with and provided many local suggestions via the rental guidelines which they kindly translated into English before our arrival. :) ‘Loved our stay in the Black Forest!!"

"Very clean, great communication with the host. Very well-equipped apartment with good washing machine in basement. Beautiful views over the valley. We enjoyed watching the cows coming and going for milking. Good places nearby to eat. Lots to do in the area for all ages. You can be as active as you like, or rest and enjoy the scenery. Tip: check sleeping arrangements. Our 2 teenager boys were to sleep in a double bed. We took one mattress out and put it on top of a couch, which was fine."
