"The hostess is a gem! The house is quaint and peaceful. Fabulous breakfast and I love the living room on the bottom floor. Water pressure could be better, but that may just be an issue with the area so I wouldn't fault the propriator for that. The twin mattress in the room was meant for a small child. It was not comfortable for a third adult, but the main mattress was great. Still five stars because the owner is so accommodating and the place is very nice. "

"Unassuming from the outside but airy, clean and calm inside, the service was first class, the room was terrific - quiet, clean and with tea, coffee and fresh milk, you couldn't ask for more from a guest house. The parking was secure and attached to the house. All in all, hard to beat."

"For my purposes, the Pincerna Rooms fitted the bill perfectly. A short stroll from the station, Union Street and the various offices that I needed to visit. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast but that is because I forgot to book it. Although I didn’t use it, the kitchen looked great and well equipped. "Loved everything about this property. The house is beautiful and so clean. Amanda had left milk, snacks and the house has some basics to use which is great. The robes, slippers and bathroom products are lovely. Wished we'd stayed longer to enjoy everything about this house."

"Great suite, but the check-in desk was unstaffed when I arrived, so I spent a very irritating 20 minutes out on the street, unable to get through the locked door leading into the hotel. The phone number to call for assistance was not working on my 1 phone. They need to fix this; check-in should not be so difficult. How about a simple door code?"
