"GREAT location , Castle at the front desk for check in was amazingly friendly and courteous! The continental breakfast was good coffee was nice and hot. The only downside was one of the beds in the room seem to have broken springs on one side, but I reported it to the front desk. She was very polite upon checkout, a different staff member. we will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visited Savannah."

"We got stuck in the historic snowstorm in Savannah and ended up spending almost all of our time during the 5-day stay in the hotel. Service was excellent! Everyone working there was super friendly and accommodating. Well-located to get around the historic district easily - everything was in walking distance. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances."

"Out of 3 elevators, only 2 were working this; causing long waits during our 2-day stay. No one bothered to have it fixed while hotel was at almost full capacity. "

"Property under renovation but it wasn’t too inconvenient. Breakfast was good. Staff at restaurant not very welcoming or friendly. Rooms very nice, modern, clean. Location awesome!! The walk around the resort and the beach within walking distance was everything!! Our room was a balcony view of the resort and the ocean…LOVED it!! Will definitely book again in the summer"

"Does not have parking but there is a parking deck right next door, you do have to pay daily but it was cheaper than doing valet parking and literally you crossed a side street to get to it! It was close to coffee shops and other shops, great location! "
