I booked thru hotels.com but accidentally booked for the wrong date (off by one day)... since it was 3rd party vendor i was told theres nothing that can be done ... After contacting resort... they totally switched my date and accommodated my mistake.... i still cant thank them enough!!!"

"We were delighted to arrive to the Litli Geysir only to find out we were upgraded to the beautiful Hotel Geysir right next-door. We were not told the reason, but we certainly appreciated it. Our room was cozy and comfortable. We especially loved the shower. We had dinner at the Hotel Geysir, which turned to be as expensive as a one nights stay in a hotel. $200 is pricey to have to send my fish dinner back to the kitchen because it was cold when it was served. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. Thank you. "
