Has to be the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had—mimosas included. Hello?!!! The dinner was also fantastic. It is literally across the street from Geysir. Definitely book this place If you want a chic place."

"Lovely hotel - doesn't look that impressive from the approach road, but lovely inside - the dining room is particularly nice with large windows looking over the valley. Excellent location as very close to Gullfoss - around 5 minutes drive. Staff were lovely at reception and in the restaurant. Food - both dinner and breakfast - were very good, with a good selection at breakfast. Room was nice - twin beds as requested, clean and warm and with a nice view over the valley. I stupidly left my Kindle behind and have since been liaising with the hotel who are going to mail it back to me - very kind! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. "
