"The owner was wonderful very responsive with all my questions/ concerns due to having to evacuate our homes due to hurricane. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The home is just like you see in the pictures, beautiful and modern. We would stay here again. "

"There seems to be 3 rooms being rented and I think rooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom. Room 3 had its own bathroom. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Nice tile floor and shower but paint was sloppy. Picture sent to us is very different than the actual look of the place in landscaping, color and roof line so we weren't sure we had the right place until the code worked on the door. Self check in. You may or may not see a manager."

"The property was everything it was said to be. Everything we needed was provided to us. Marcela was a wonderful host. There was one small issue that came up and she promptly took care of it. We would definitely stay again!"

"This new property is perfect for couple or family looking for a stay in the Miami area at a good price. The decoration is so pretty and all furnitures/accessories are really convenient. Beds are very comfortable and the place is super clean. The owner answered immediately to all my questions and requests. Much appreciated. "It’s a cute little mother in law suite with a private access and backyard. The owners were nice. Pretty landscaping in the patio area. We would stay here again. "

"The room was as advertised unit actually smaller than I had imagined. The room was clean and had the appropriate amenities except that the closet was not usable as there was a table that was placed in the closet such that clothes could not be hung. I suggest rearranging the closet and remove the table so that the closet is usable."
