"We never entered the property. We paid the taxi driver more than 5 times the quoted amount because there was no house number or street name near the property and it required nearly two hours to find it, stopping to ask neighbors and finally reaching the owner after borrowing a wifi connection from a hotel. The taxi driver said this was because the owner didn't pay her taxes. It's up a steep, rocky hill, not 12 min from downtown, more like an hour or two depending on your fitness. It's surrounded...

"Kari is amazing & so welcoming! Before you arrive she gives helpful tips & makes sure you have what you need. We were able to use her car for a couple of days for a nominal fee, much easier than renting a car. She also offered us rides to restaurants & local places. Such a nice place to stay, near many of the popular tourist spots. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! "

"The kitchen is virtually useless with one electrical outlet so you have to unplug the refrigerator to use the coffee pot or stove top. It could be nice if the owners spent 300 to make it livable and respected their clients"

"Our hosts Debra and Victor consistently out performed any expectations we had before arrival. They are extremely knowledgeable of the area and we're able to help us in finding contacts for local guides for area attractions along with excellent recommendations for the best restaurants. The transportation to and from the airport and flexibility of getting us around town was the most valuable amenity to us while staying with them. Not having to arrange for cabs and wondering who your driver will...

"Lovely clean home walkable to the zocalo along the walking street. We were met at the house upon arrival and everything was explained. Any requests we made during our stay were promptly dealt with. Exceptional views from the roof deck. Plenty of water for our needs. Very workable kitchen. Excellent experience!!!! "
