"This place was absolutely perfect. Kitchen came in key when we ended up have some snow/ice making use of our leftovers. King size Purple bed was our first time on Purple and it was great. Such a great place to escape and use as a home base for our trip away. Caretaker was great keeping the parking slot salted and clear. We were in apartment F which was decorated for the holidays and was so warm and welcoming - they even had a Christmas tree in the living room! We had everything we needed and more. "I was happy to stay in the High Street Guest house apartments again! This was a different apartment than I had used last stay and everything was great. The parking is easy at the property and the house keeps you just up the street from all the shops and is a great walk to and from town! Everything was clean and upkeep was great. "We needed a place to call home base while exploring Jim Thorpe and the Lehigh River Gorge. We also needed someplace quiet to work, just in case. This was a great choice for both. Walkable into town, or just a super short ride. Comfortable and all the needs for two people.
