The room was clean and the room was near a balcony with a view of the town. The restaurant was exceptional food was great and the staff was helpful in providing activities to do in town and around town. Enjoyed our stay the train ride through the mountains scenery was incredible.

The Inn was spotless and the staff was pleasant. The restaurant was reasonable and delicious. We were a group of friends and wanted a place to play cards in the evening. There was a room downstairs that we could sit and play with a fireplace. There is really nothing to do in the down after 6:00 so it was really nice to have a place to hang out!

Jim Thorpe is a beautiful Victorian hotel in the heart of Jim Thorpe. The room was spacious and comfortable. The in room coffee needs to be upgraded. Breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was excellent. Venture back to the 19th century and visit Jim Thorpe Inn.

We loved the property. The rooms were nice and they were clean. It was wonderful to be centrally located, we walked everywhere, the town is so charming. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening after dining at the Broadway Grille at the Inn at Jim Thorpe. Good food and good service.

Exceptional place to stay in the Jim Thorpe area....perfect hotel situated in the most central location for the train, shops, food, etc. Parking can be tricky with only limited lots close by, but it worked out for us since the Inn had guest parking. Unfortunately, when we stayed over Monday & Tuesday in October, a lot of the shops & restaurants were closed. We ate at their Broadway Grille for 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 1 dinner, which needed reservations for all times. The food (generous portions and delicious) was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more gracious. In fact, the entire staff at the Inn was vey helpful. We traveled as a group of 6 and having the basement "card/lounge" room to relax was a nice plus! Surprised to have a room TV with access for streaming was also a plus! My only suggestion would be that an extra wall shelf be installed in the bathroom for bath items. We would HIGHLY recommend this Inn at Jim Thorpe!

I enjoyed our stay in The Inn at Jim Thorpe - the Fall decorations and added touches throughout the hotel were quite lovely!! We had a lovely time in the bar attached to the Broadway Grille for pre-dinner cocktails. The bartenders were friendly and we especially enjoyed the Apple Carmel Martini!! Highly recommend. The guest rooms were quite spacious and comfortable! The Breakfast Menu in the Broadway Grille are varied and the portions large. Our waitress was friendly and very accommodating to our group. The other added benefit is having parking included with your stay. The town gets quite crowded especially during the Fall Foliage Season so this is an added luxury!! The Inn at Jim Thorpe is centrally located to the many tourist attractions, stores and restaurants in town. Marie

We loved the charm of this hotel (and the town). They've managed to bring some modern amenities to an older building, preserving the feel of the original inn. They do a great job decorating for the season outside which invites you in through their unexpected automatic doors. Once there you can expect creaky, uneven floors, dim lighting, and a trip back in time. The 2nd floor offers a shared balcony for all guests to overlook the main road. To get there, take the central staircase if you're able to check out their framed items along the way. The room has all you need for a nice stay and the bed was comfortable. We were lucky to have a skylight equipped with an electronic shade! Go check out Jim Thorpe for the town, the train and the view, but complete the trip with a stay at The Inn at Jim Thorpe. You'll be happy you did.
