"A very unusual and quirky place to stay, it has been converted to a comfortable holiday home on a number of levels ( so you need to have full mobility). Our host was very warm and welcoming and we had some very interesting conversations. the beds were very comfortable , the kitchen was well equipped too. It was a peaceful location set in beautiful gardens off the main road but it was very easy to visit the next village of Palekastro for shopping and eating in the tavernas. Not far into Siteia if...

"Klein darf es sein und alt, aber nicht schmutzig und abgewohnt. Das ist wirklich sehr schade, da die Windmühle so viel Potential zum Wohlfühlen hätte. Julienne ist sehr freundlich, die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat perfekt geklappt. Gern hätten wir die wunderschöne Windmühle mit dem kleinen Garten mehr zum Entspannen, Lesen usw. genutzt. Leider waren aber keine bequemen Stühle oder ähnliches für den Garten vorhanden. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt um den Osten von Kreta zu erkunden. Es sind nur...

"We had a wonderful stay in this charming house located close to the beach. The house was spotless and well stocked with all the amenities. The view from the balcony over an olive grove to the sea was great - we particularly enjoyed all our breakfasts, lunches and dinners there. Also, the host, Nikolaos Kopanakis, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. To sum up, the location is really perfect for spending a most relaxed and delightful time on the south side of Crete."
