"It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was included, room was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, English speaking staff and entertainment on an evening even out of season. Bar prices reasonable. Plenty of free parking around hotel and car was safe. Lovely view even from lower floors. Overall a very good stay. Have booked my mum in there for a week in April for a bit of spring sunshine."

"Very noisy people in adjoining room till 3am! Could not sleep until 4am. Reported to Reception who took action. No Coffee in room or in hotel until 7pm on our arrival in the afternoon. Was available on open roof but gales blowing at the time! Staff very helpful when they could be."

"This hotel is in a very good location, within a short walking distance of the beach and sea. Prior to making my reservation I called the hotels reservation centre for details to compare with Expedia. There appeared to be little difference, so I chose to make the booking via Expedia.ca. I booked the deluxe double soundproof room, with air conditioning, sea view (The Level), on the top floor of the hotel. "The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...

"Nice hotel it's located outside of the city center. Taxis and Uber to and from the city center had wait time's of 15 minutes. 35 to 40 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast had a variety of options and was good especially for the price."

"One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The journey to Rocote itself was lovely, with some great terrain and scenery. The property was so peaceful with a beautiful pool and bar area.
