"We had a great experience at Lanzarote Barcelo Active Resort. Lots of fun activities for the kids. Close to airport and beaches. Big rooms. Good food options in buffet. Would have liked more vegetarian main course options. One suggestion to have separation between vegetarian and non-vegetarian to avoid cross contamination. Lanzarote is a beautiful island to visit. Definitely recommend."

"This is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Plenty of space and hotel never felt full. Plenty of sunbeds ( no getting up at ridiculous times) and the food ( half board) was excellent value for money. Hotel is mainly filled with 50 age group but if you want a week in the sun, very chilled quiet and relaxed this is a superb choice. "

"We stayed during Christmas period and really appreciate the hard work of all staff at reception, restaurant etc to provide normal desk service, cleaning of our room, pool, and various kind of activities. Our door lock is also quickly repaired. They are very professional and friendly. It makes our holiday a pleasant stay. Even our room is not the modern style, we are very happy with the layout with a living room and beautiful seaview/pool view at balcony. Great location, easy to walk around and we also took free shuttle to Playa Grande. "
