"Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno presso questa struttura e ci ha stupiti positivamente superando ogni nostra aspettativa. I cottage sono splendidi, letti comodissimi e gli spazi generosi. La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Torneremo in futuro e consiglieremo a tutti questa stupenda struttura."

"We spend 1 excellent week in this villa. The villa is well equipped. The swimming pool is large and the children enjoyed it. The villa is in a quiet village and is well located (about 20 min by car from Pisa or Lucca and 1h to Firenze). It was heart breaking to leave. "

Additionally, there is space and privacy as well as being well located for day excursions to local areas of interest. We were impressed with the quality and level of finishing and decorating. "Nous avons passé deux superbes journées au calme dans les hauteurs de la Toscane. La maison est un peu rustique mais très charmante et tres agréable en plein été, notamment grâce a la piscine, la climatisation et la nature environnante. Le restaurant juste à côté tenu par la soeur de Paolo est délicieux ! Un havre de paix en pleine Italie ! Je recommande !!"

"This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."
