Sempre o avaliei com 10/10 estrelas, porém, desta vez, duas coisas deixaram a desejar: Para um hotel de negócios, a qualidade da internet poderia ser melhor e mais confiável. A minha conexão caía com uma certa frequência. A manutenção do ar-condicionado. O meu colega de quarto caiu no chão por causa da falta de manutenção, admitida pelo funcionário quando reportei o acidente. Essa falta de manutenção causou o vazamento de água (condensada) do ar-condicionado, formando uma poça no chão. Gostaria de salientar que o problema foi consertado assim que reportei, porém, poderia ter causado um acidente grave, já que o meu amigo tem 82 anos. No mais, a equipe NB merece 10/10 pela atenção, recepção e profissionalismo."

"**American here** I appreciated the convenience and the proximity to the beach. Great if you have kids and there are many activities everyday. DO NOT GO IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK PORTUGUESE. It is a region not frequented by Americans (as opposed to Rio or São Paulo) so there was only one fluent employee. The pillows are uncomfortable so bring your own. The breakfast/lunch/dessert/fruit were good because they are traditional Brazilian cuisine but the themed dinners were usually foreign and not great. The beaches and ocean proximity were definitely a perk. Beach access ends at 6 PM. I felt very safe which was great as I was wary before hand. Overall I enjoyed my stay but there were a few things that would’ve been good to anticipate."
