Eu e minha família gostamos muito do hotel, bom atendimento. Ótimo custo benefício. Ótima localização próximo a várias restaurantes e lanchonetes. Possui um Local para crianças se distrair. Bom café da manhã. Poderia melhorar, nas condições dos móveis do quarto (a cama de casal era duas camas de solteiro juntos).

Gostei muito de minha estadia no hotel , em relação ao barulho em outros comentários realmente existe , acredito que seja por conta dos corredores que tem uma estrutura de aço , os carrinhos da limpeza passa e faz uma suada, fora isso maravilhoso café e recepção.

O quarto é bom, porém precisa de mais cuidados com a manutenção. O café é bom, mas não tem boa apresentação; parecem ser feito sem atenção. Poucas opções de frutas e sucos ralos. A localização do hotel é ótima. Os funcionarios precisam ser mais simpáticos, principalmente do café da manhã.

Ao chegar no hotel e me dirigir para o quarto aquilo que era para ser agradável se tornou o contrário,o cheiro não era limpeza, quando fui banheiro aí que piorou as coisas. No dia seguinte,reportei o meu caso a recepcionista Val, que me atendeu muito bem,sendo profissional no quesito humano ouvindo ali minha queixa com muita atenção.e resolvendo me colocando em um quarto aí sim aceitável,resumo a equipe e boa ,mas o hotel precisa urgente de uma reforma.
