"Very clean and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Manuel was most helpful. We arrived after dark and even though the residence was not far from the Hotel Mirabell where we picked up the key, the map we were provided with was not helpful with finding the residence. May I suggest the Mirabell using the map that the Information Center uses."

"This hotel was nice and everything was great until we got charged twice and they wouldn't work with us at all - I booked a room with 4 beds and we were told we were good to go at night and then got charged for an additional room in the morning without having known that prior."

"These apartments are in an amazing, beautiful area with awesome scenery surrounding it. The woman who runs the facility is very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. She loves her job and is an expert at her duties and the business is lucky to have her taking care of the units. My favorite part was walking each night about an eighth of a mile to a wonderful restaurant for dinner, the only close place nearby. :-) And, it's close to public transportation which I was relying on"

"We stayed here for 3 nights during a trip to the Dolomites. It was a perfect location to explore nearby hikes. Preferred to stay here over Cortina. It was a beautiful place. Communication was excellent, easy check in process. Very nice to enjoy breakfast every morning with breath-taking views. "Ginzling - unlike some of the nearby towns - remains an authentic, likeable and calm village. It's a fabulous base for walking the zillertarel alps. We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley.
