A 576 sq. ft. complete 1 bedroom apartment. Private area. 10 minute walk to the beach. 20 minute walk to the downtown cozy community of Lantzville. 10 minute drive to Nanaimo's Woodgrove mall, Costco.

Perfect couples getaway
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at the purple door. We stayed for 8 nights and the location was perfect for us to go to Nanaimo, Coombs, Parksville, etc…Tim and Wanda have a very nice, clean, and quiet place. This property is excellent. It is brand new and very high quality. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and exploring the coast. Sitting on the patio you can enjoy the wooded area. Very relaxing and quiet. Would definitely recommend this property

This is a very nice place. Nothing could be better. It has a sky light which we enjoyed. Its just like the listing shows. We were there a month, so we know the place well. The hosts are great people also.

Beautifully modern and incredibly clean property. Great check in process with wonderful hosts. Property located in a wonderful area to easily access and explore many different beaches, towns and hiking trails. We enjoyed our stay at the Purple door. It was spacious, clean and convenient. The hosts were prompt in replying to our booking and our questions. It's quite modern -- lots of remote controls and modern decor. That suits many people looking for a cabin that has the mod cons.

Cozy and quiet!
I needed a place to stay while I was having repairs done to my home. I was lucky to find this place. It has everything you need and is a short walk to the ocean and amenities are close.

Best vrbo experience yet!
The purple door vrbo was the best vrbo experience yet for our many travels around Canada. The Cullen family were very welcoming and the unit was very very comfortable with all the latest home and tech features. We plan on booking it for visiting family and friends to the island, especially to take them to the close by Lantzville beach. A true winning location and home away from home!
