Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. "No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure. New room was abit better but still not great. We paid for a room with full access to pool but the next day when searching for the pool we found out it...

"Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"

"Arrivée, pas top, un manque d'accueil pas de bonjour, juste.. vous avez réservé? Puis la directrice a pris les choses en mains et à comblé ce déficits très largement et je la remercie encore. Parking payant un peu trop en vrac pas tres pratique, peu d'ombre pas de marquages... Repas bon mais très simple, manque de choix d'accompagnement, viande tendre et bonne cuisson. "This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. You will find Mc Donald’s , Lindt and Starbucks on the way. If you need...

"Great value for money, 12 min walk from airport or tram right outside. 30 min to Bordeaux center on tram Newly refurbished room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Friendly reception. Stayed 3 times now. It's similar to a Premier in, no frills comfort at a great price."
