"The accommodation is very central and only a couple of minutes away from the sea and shops. However, we found the description of the property misleading. 1 - You do not have the entire home to yourself. The owner shares the downstairs bathroom with guests. 2 - The fourth bedroom is downstairs, and can only be reached by an external staircase which is open to the street. Consequently, we didn't feel we could use this bedroom as our children would have had to go outside to reach us in the middle of the night. 3 - Although it does specify in the small print, we did not realise that the only dining area is outside. The kitchen only has a small table and two chairs, and eating is not allowed in the bedrooms. If it is raining, there is nowhere to eat. 4 - To be fair, the description does not say there is a common area, but it is worth noting there isn't a place indoors to congregate other than a bedroom. Finally, it is clear from the pictures, but just to confirm the kitchen is very small with one ring. There is enough space and utensils for a couple but not really for cooking family meals. In conclusion, if you are looking for youth hostel type accommodation this is in a great location, but we didn't find it ideal for a family. "

"Great spot in a historic building. Lovely aesthetics throughout with really thoughtful touches everywhere. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous kitchen and outdoor space for staying up late chatting. Camera obscurae on the top floor are amazing and fun conversation piece with kids. 13/10 would stay again."
