"Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. Very steep spiral staircase so not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or children. But absolutely brilliant for a group of youngsters. It was very windy and the window squeaking kept me awake all night, as did the chairs moving around on the balcony. Take earplugs - the bar right outside looked fun!"

" The room was clean and pleasant. However, The Female toilets in the Cafeteria area were not cleaned. I used them at 08.00am on the morning of 30th Sept and there were items of paper and other sanitary napkins on the floor. "

"We stayed in the upper tier called the "Level". The ease of having a refreshment and snacks (very nice tapas) plus the open access to the spa on return from the slopes makes this hotel very special. I will always try to stay at this hotel "If it is available". Book in advance. "
