"This is a very nice historic inn. We stayed in room 6 which was exactly as advertised. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and was cooked to order. Lastly the attached pub was a nice perk and enjoyable. My girlfriend has already said that we will still here again the next time we are in the area."

"Beautiful room and home, very clean!! Loved the amenities too. Amazing bathroom. Only issue was that the walls were very thin and we could hear everything other guests were doing. Since there are no TVs in the rooms, it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop at times. We felt like we had to whisper inside our room. Perfect for a quiet getaway but bring earplugs just in case there’s a snorer in the next room."

This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! "

"The stay here was very peaceful. Various birds on the water. Spotted a fox roaming the shoreline. Enjoyed morning coffee sitting at the kitchen table looking at the lake. We stayed here as a family supporting a cousins graduation and we're so impressed with the set up of the house , how many amenities it had to offer, and the absolutely beautiful view of the lake! It is such a cozy house and is Everything you need to cook and enjoy a stay away from home! Though it looks modest outside the house, it is huge and can hold so many guests. It is a beautiful property and we hope to stay again in the summer to enjoy the lake! "
