"The location and view are awesome. However, the sunriom windows are broken (do not open) making it extremely warm upstairs on sunny days) and one of the windows in the living area does not completely close making it quite cold/damp feeling on foggy days. The parking is also a bit tight. We only had one vehicle so it was OK, but if we had brought 2 I'm really not sure where we could have parked it without blicking the neighbors. "

"Comfortable and functional with a great location on the beach. It’s a bit dated and needs some basic cleanup. Appliances are aging. Dishwasher leaks because the seal is old. Showers drain slowly. No show stoppers. It just needs some love."
