"This was the worst short-term rental stay I ever had. The owner provided neither Check-in nor Check-out instructions. The lock NEVER worked despite multiple messages. So, every day, we had to leave the house unlocked, or be locked out. -There were no towels in the downstairs bathroom -Why dilute the hand soap so it sprays on you? It's not expensive. -A kitchen should be well equipped--especially one of this size. Shouldn't have to improvise to make it work. There were enough plates and cutlery...
