There were a lot of nice details in the room, and we drank the free soda, enjoyed the fireplace and candles, the giant bathtub and the warm bathroom floors. "This house is nicely updated with cute functional furniture and lots of space for spreading out. The couch is super big and comfortable. I’m glad we didn’t end up needing the beds that are located in the recreational room because it wasn’t clear that that room is in a detached garage with no bathrooms and smells a little musty, but seems like a great hang out area. We did end up using the day bed in the “den” with the fireplace, it has a door and a bathroom right across the hall, so serves as a...

"This is a really lovely property! Spacious, super clean, great comfy bed with really nice linens, a surprise pretty dining room off the full kitchen, and excellent water pressure (and nice & hot!) in the bathroom. The private courtyard would be a nice place to sit in warmer weather. The location is perfect and there were some nice touches like TWO luggage racks. Meeting the owner's mom was a highlight for me :-) Five stars."

"Lovely studio with kitchen and small dining room about 5 minutes walk from downtown Langley. A great location with a nice neighborhood! Bit of a slope though on the way walking back.Clean, bright, and homey. If you arrive at night, if you're facing the garage, the studio is on your left behind a wood fence and door with a latch. When it's dark, it's easy to miss the signage, so I'd recommend more lighting?Otherwise, a very nice stay. We'll be back!"

" Visiting Whidbey Island for the first time for the Shakespeare plays and family get-together. Spent a lovely 3 nights at the Boatyard Inn. Everything was perfect! Loved sitting on the deck, watching seals and herons and listening to the calming sounds of little waves and gulls. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants. Hope to be back some day!"
