I was very impressed with this hotel. My wife and I were here for an event at the Lynnwood Event Center which oddly enough was difficult to get to despite being right across the road. The hotel was modern, spacious, and the rooms well appointed with a great breakfast that you could either order or rummage for as a buffet. Staff were great and friendly and there was also a bar for evening drinks etc. Overall a nice stay. In common with most hotels these days, sadly, room service doesn't exist on a daily basis and you may have to ask for it at all times but not sure. Would recommend the hotel and it is not far from the new Light Rail extension to Lynnwood from SeaTac Airport/Seattle.

Property was nice and staff were helpful. Lots of dining within walking distance. We were on the side of the building next to the freeway, so we could hear noise from that, but otherwise it was relatively quiet.

Simply put, this hotel is gorgeous, clean and conveniently located! Check in was fast and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and our server, Mussie, is a keeper @hilton!! He was probably the single most kind and attentive server I have ever had. We are visiting from Canada and will definitely be back for some Christmas shopping
