Again we asked on 9/22, the day before our checkin, that you use our new email provided. Absolutely no response to our request, no one responded to our request or answer the "emergency" no. We received the passcode by text, and a response TO that text went unanswered as well. Extremely disappointed. Will not use Vrbo again."

There is no phone signal or WiFi which some people may not like but for us that just added to the feel of having a proper getaway in The Borders countryside. You can’t walk on the immediate estate but that really doesn’t matter as there are plenty of walks in the area.
