"The location in the heart of Sheringham is perfect, a short walk to the high street with dedicated parking which is a bonus. The flat is comfortable, was clean & welcoming, shabby chic in style. Little extras like milk, coffee & biscuits were a nice touch. Communication with Angie before we arrived was great and we had all we needed for our short stay. There were just the two of us but the property would easily accommodate a family of 6 comfortably."

"Perfect place for our one night stop over when travelling through Norfolk. Exeptionally clean, friendly hosts and well stocked kitchen. Good tv, comfy bed. For a longer stay, we might have wanted to be more central. But a perfect place to travel out from by car."

"Fabulous home very well decorated and i especially like the fact it is carpeted as so many Holiday stays are to cold feeling with no carpet in most rooms . Lovely clean and spacious My only negative comment would be that the Mattress in the main bedroom has really seen better days pans is way to soft which has caused back ache Location is spot on a shame you can’t use te garden behind as dogs needed to go out every morning and night on to Green"

"The apartment is ideally located but decoration and number of items in the apartment make it feel cluttered and out of date. There was no TV signal and the fridge was set at a level at which everything in it froze. Add to that, this was the first time we've ever stayed in accommodation without WiFi or towels being provided - both points which could have been clearer in the listing and should have been reflected in the nightly price."

"We were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious apartment, good-sized bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. It was good being on the ground floor and the private parking space was very much appreciated. The outside private terrace was a bonus for my vaping wife. Great location only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and beach. "Rocky Bottoms" was fab. We'll be back."

Only negative was the very slow Wi-Fi - and the qr code provided was ideal for connecting on the phone- but not quite so easy on the laptop or firestick - an analogue code would have helped . "The property is right in the centre of Holt, so handy for all the shops, restaurants and amenities. Although the property is on the second floor, this allows a vantage point to people watch, and see the town wake up, or the Sunday market setting up! When we arrived, we checked to see if bread, milk, sugar, tea, or, as we had seen in other welcome packs, a cake... Nothing was provided. Okay, not the end of the world, but it would have been a nice gesture. There was no storage space for food,...

"We stayed with daughter, son in law and granddaughter and it was perfect. We all had our own bathroom and plenty of room in the lounge area. 20 mins walk into village and fantastic farm shop. We went on the light railway from the village to Wells by Sea and back and granddaughter was so excited. We had a lovely chillout family week and can recommendthis cottage.."
