"Fabulous from start to finish, a truly unique from design and decor, to the scent they chose for their reed diffusers. Everything was just gorgeous. We highly recommend booking a spot in the leisure facilities, swimming pool, and sauna etc. Sadly the steam room was out of action, but the jacuzzi was fab. The spa treatments are not to be missed, robes and flip flops are provided in your room, plenty of big fluffy towels and lockers available in the changing rooms though. The food in Ivy's was delicious, as was breakfast the next morning. Our only minor complaint is that the hotel and rooms are VERY hot, so if you run hot you will want your aircon on/ the windows open, but it's minor. 10/10 for the bed comfort though - great nights sleep, we'll be back! "

"We had the most comfortable, relaxed and lovely 2 night stay. The staff were friendly, responsive and just really nice people. The bed was SOOO comfortable and had very decent pillows. The food was delicious and they catered for my coeliac disease with no problem or difficulty. The location is brilliant being close to fantastic walks and interesting Norfolk towns and villages. I'm pretty sure we'll be back before too long. We came home refreshed and feeling very good. Thank you to all the brilliant staff."

"I can’t fault the Kings Arms or the staff. The breakfast left in our room each day was plentiful and tasty. Plenty of tea,coffee, hot chocolate in room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. "
