"The sauna was funtioning (the reason we booked) the hot water ran out after about 5 mins of showering. There were also dust mites in the throwblanket (also had cigarette burns in it ). Ontop of all this expedia was terribly unsupportive and demanded that I show pictures of the deficiencies. "

"Checkin staff was busy with a video call and just let us wait without any reaction. After a while the annoyed receptionist told us to wait for a colleague to come who was „running around somewhere“. At checkout a different receptionist had no clue wether we had paid via the Expedia portal or not. Otherwise the property was clean and comfortable."

"When I arrived there was no one at reception. Eventually a nice French gentleman came but couldn't find my booking. He did give me a room but had to knock on my door to get to sign in. I always ask for a quiet room. My room faced directly onto the busy main rod outside with trucks and buses etc. passing by all night. At 8.00 am or so they started construction inside the hotel with screaming drills and sawing noises. Never again at Wiking Hotel"

Vorweg sei gesagt, dass die Kommunikation vorab ohne Probleme mit dem Inhaber verlief. Der Schlüssel für die Tür war vor Ort und wir konnten direkt in die Immobilie. "Rezeption nie besetzt. Checkin steht auf Webseite 17 Uhr, ich komme an. Der Rezeptionist kommt um 18 Uhr mit der Mitteilung dass checkin erst um 18 uhr ist. Dabei hing am Brett der Zettel ebenfalls mit 17 Uhr. Konnte ich eine Stunden warten. Dann war das eine WC von oben bis unten vollgebrochen oder fäkal verunreinigt für einen Tag. Wollte Bescheid geben, aber keiner da und an das Notfall telefon ging niemand. Dann der Hinweis bei ankunft dass sie eig voll wären, udn die Buchung über Expedia...
